With over 30 years as a top-notch love and relationship coach and dedicated Buddhist leader, Cori helps women over 40 find joy and fulfilment in their relationships, showing them how to feel adored every single day.

Telling the kids was the worst day of my life.

After 20 years of living inauthentically I took the step at age 58 to walk away from my marriage. The truth is, I had stayed in my relationship way too long, a hostage to fear: the fear of loneliness, economic scarcity, and of course the idea that I was breaking up our little family

I had to dig deep, and I threw myself relentlessly into personal growth and self help. Out of that effort a new me emerged. A happier, more fulfilled and more authentic person than I had ever become.
